Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. Pets (Applies to Extended Stays): Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($150 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $80 per pet per stay. Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the airbnb platform. 🏠House Rules: ⏰ Late Checkout -Late checkout is available for an extra $15 per hour. If requested last minute (the night before checkout), the fee is $20 per hour. 👥 Extra Guests -Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included in your reservation) will be charged $65 per person. 🚭 No Smoking Policy -Any smell of smoke or marijuana inside the property will result in a $500 fine following check-out, as determined by our housekeeping team. 🎉 No Parties or Events Allowed -To comply with community rules, please respect neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels down, between 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. -All noise or disturbances during quiet hours will result in a $1,000 FINE. 📹 Security and Surveillance -For safety of both guests and property, we have exterior cameras at the parking area, front door and exterior side. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the devices.
