Our property is surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood with quick access to key attractions. Within minutes, residents can explore Decatur Square (5 minutes), the Fernbank Museum of Natural History (10 minutes), Emory University (15 minutes), Lullwater Park (10 minutes), and Krog Street Market (20 minutes).

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire carriage house situated at the rear of the property. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, coffee, and access to laundry facilities equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Please note that the home at the front may have tenant staying in it from time to time. However, rest assured, you will still have private access via a well-lit pathway to the carriage house and patio area, ensuring a peaceful stay without disturbances. Furthermore, the pathway leading to the guest entrance is well illuminated for added safety during nighttime.

Make your way inside the gorgeous carriage house and into the stylish open living space with high vaulted ceilings and a clean, contemporary design. Relax on the plush West Elm chaise lounge that sits opposite the Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps using the fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected. On a warm day, open the doors and let the cool breeze flow inside while you settle in for the afternoon. Step through into the spacious kitchenette that comes fully equipped with everything you need. Brew up your morning coffee at the fully stocked coffee station then cook up your breakfast how you like it using our electric cooktop. Alongside is a microwave and an air fryer with all the pots, pans, plates and utensils you could need. The bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a walk in shower, a pedestal vanity and all the essentials including soft fluffy towels and a hair dryer. Take the stairs up to the loft level where you will find the open bedroom with a comfortable queen bed topped in soft, quality linen to ensure a restful nights sleep and a spacious walk in closet with an iron and ironing board to keep you looking you best. The home comes with all utilities included as well as a handy washing machine and dryer - all you need to bring is yourself and we will take care of the rest. The carriage house is located just 8 minutes from the trendy city of Decatur and only 20 minutes to the heart of Atlanta giving you the best of both worlds and a great central base to for work or for an extended getaway. Decatur is known for its bohemian culture, craft brews and outstanding festivals. With over 80 restaurants and cafes it is a dining destination with something delicious for every taste with breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, and dessert all covered. Experience standout shopping at charming storefronts including Little Shop of Stories (best bookstore) and Worthmore Jewelers. Check out local favorites like Bleu Hanger for womens fashion and Sq/Ft for whimsical home goods. Enjoy a stroll and take in the Decatur Artway public art series, with five sculptures installed around downtown and five on view in Oakhurst Village south of the square.
