Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the outdoor patio. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking, and complimentary appliances. A laundry nook with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Enjoy your meals together sitting at the dining table with chic bench seating for up to six guests, or if you dont feel like cooking, there are many restaurants and take-out options just minutes from your door. *Bedroom* - You'll find three generous bedrooms within the home that offer comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen, Smart TVs and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. 1. Bedroom Three Queen Bed *Bathroom* - Along with the lavish master ensuite, the two queen bedrooms share the central sparkling bathroom that comes stocked with all the essentials for your stay and plenty of soft fluffy towels. *Backyard* - On a sunny Georgian day, make your way out into the leafy large backyard and onto the decked patio where you can cook up dinner on the BBQ, catch some sun, then light up the fire pit of a night and enjoy a drink or two surrounded by friends. *Location* The home offers easy access to the i-285 giving you the perfect location to experience everything that Atlanta and the Decatur area have to offer be it for work, study or to see all the sights. Other Details to Note

Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. Pets: Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $55 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided. Security Cameras: For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of front porch, exterior parking and side gate. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored. Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities and then contact us. All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF. Additional Note: there is a detached guesthouse in the backyard that will have guests staying in it from time to time however you still have private access to the entire home and backyard and deck area and will not be disturbed.
