Note: Washer and dryer access is available in the building for added convenience. *Important* Other units are available! Other Details to Note

Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. Pets (Applies to Extended Stay): Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $80 per pet per stay. Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities and then contact us. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
