Without question, and I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s, these were the most responsive and reliable hosts that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Wonderful communication, good and easy and very private space, exactly as described.

Racquelle went out of her way to be accommodating from well before my arrival. I loved the tree-house vibe of this space, overlooking a serene backyard. The interior was sweet and clean as the photos suggest. All together, it made for a lovely private oasis within the city. A car would be convenient, but I made do without.

Out of all the places I stayed in Seattle, I can confidently say that this was my favorite place ! Racquelle was so accommodating and sweet. Her place is so precious and cozy. Also the location is great. I love Cap Hill and you are minutes away from great food & coffee shops. I highly recommend !!

I stayed at the unit for a little over 2 months for work and enjoyed the complex- it is quiet and very walkable during the day. The apartment was very comfortable, i would prefer more lights in the living room area but overall very comfortable space to chill. I really like how almost all of the kitchen utensils are complete. There were couples of stains on some of the kitchen utensils but still in good conditions to use. Variety of seasonings are provided as well so you do not need to spend extra money to buy seasoning on your own. In general, very spacious apartment, friendly neighborhood complex, quiet, pet-friendly area, and pretty close to access public transportations, and a very responsif and friendly host! Definately will stay at this place again and i definately will recommend it to friends &family.

I stayed at Racquelle’s home for a month and it was the perfect home away from home. I absolutely loved the location and the flat was fantastic with everything you need. Racquelle is an excellent host and a prompt communicator. I would highly highly recommend!

This was mine and my partner’s first Airbnb and it exceeded our expectations! It was quiet, private, clean, and very cute! Exactly like the photos. The one thing that I will say is that it is a bit of a drive to get most places, but everything was perfect! Racquelle also a very kind host, leaving snacks, multiple towels and toiletries, and everything that we could need. I could not recommend more!

This place was perfect for the two of us. The location was great, we were able to find it easily and it was quiet. Check in was easy, it was very clean, and hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This guesthouse is amazing! My guest and I were the first ones to book Raquelle’s guesthouse and it was everything we could have imagined. Racquelle was very nice and responsive. She adjusted dates and times on thr fly for us as requested and thankfully it was not an issue. She was super nice about the whole booking. The place itself was beautiful. Freshly built with beautiful amenities. It is super clean and makes you feel like you are in a home of your own. I 100% recommend booking with Racquelle and her guesthouse :)
